The FinOps FOCUS format is a unifying format for cloud cost data that standardizes billing information across multiple providers, making it easier to analyze, compare, and report on cloud spending across your providers. The standardized output can be imported into any tool that supports the FOCUS standard.

ClickHouse Instructions
To retrieve the CSV of your cost data for transformation:
- Navigate to your ClickHouse Cloud console
- Select your organization then click "Billing" from the left-hand navigation
- Download the CSV for the desired billing period
Cloudflare Instructions
To retrieve the PDF invoice for transformation:
- Navigate to your Cloudflare Dashboard for your organization
- Click "Billing" in the top-right under the user icon
- Download the invoice for the desired billing period

How to Download Your AWS Cost & Usage Report (CUR) in FinOps FOCUS Format
AWS supports exports of AWS cost and usage data in the FinOps FOCUS Format. You can export your AWS data in the FOCUS format by:
- Navigating to the AWS Billing Dashboard
- Selecting "Data Exports" on the left-side navigation bar
- Selecting "FOCUS 1.0 with AWS Columns"

How to Download Your Azure Cost Management data in FinOps FOCUS Format
Azure supports exports of Azure cost management data in the FinOps FOCUS Format. You can export your AWS data in the FOCUS format by:
- Navigating to the Azure Cost Management Dashboard
- Selecting a billing scope
- Selecting "Exports" on the left-side navigation bar
- Selecting "+ Create" on the top of the exports page
- Selecting "Cost and usage (FOCUS)"

How to Download Your GCP Billing Data in FinOps FOCUS Format
GCP supports exports of GCP billing data in the FinOps FOCUS Format. You can export your GXP data in the FOCUS format by:
- Enabling "Detailed Usage Cost and Price" exports to BigQuery via the Billing -> Billing export page
- Downloading Google Cloud's FOCUS v1.0 guide, which includes the SQL and Looker template
- Deploying the provided BigQuery view or Looker model to transform your raw billing tables into the FOCUS schema

How to Download Your Oracle Cost Report Data in FinOps FOCUS Format
Oracle supports exports of Oracle cost report data in the FinOps FOCUS Format. You can export your Oracle data in the FOCUS format by:
- Navigating to the Billing & Cost Management/Cost Management Dashboard
- Selecting "Cost and Usage Reports"
- Locating the report with the path format:
FOCUS/<year in yyyy format>/<month in mm format>/<day in dd format>

How to Download Your Databricks Cost Data in FinOps FOCUS Format
Databricks announced support for exports of Databricks cost data in the FinOps FOCUS Format during FinOps X 2025. However, they have not yet published instructions on how to generate or export billing data in the FOCUS schema.
We will add instructions here once they become available. In the meantime we recommend reaching out to your Databricks account team for updates.
How to Download Your Grafana Billing Data in FinOps FOCUS Format
Grafana announced support for exports of Grafana billing data in the FinOps FOCUS Format during FinOps X 2025.
Support is still in private preview. To request access users will need to fill out the form provided by Grafana.
